ADHD Testing

At this time, we will only accept ADHD evaluations for those with the following insurance plans:
(1) BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD
(2) UNITED HEALTH CARE
(3) AETNA
(4) CIGNA

We perform in office evaluations for ADHD.  To start, we will evaluate your child during your scheduled
office visit to obtain a detailed history to determine how we should proceed.  For our elementary age school children, we typically review Vanderbilt scales form teachers and parents. You can fill these out before your appointment if you’d like and bring them with you. These forms can be found under the “Patient Forms” tab and listed as “Parent Vanderbilt Scale” and “Teacher Vanderbilt Scale”. If the scales are not diagnostic for ADHD but we still suspect it, we may recommend objective computerized testing. For this, we offer testing through the Creyos Health platform. More information about testing through Creyos can be discussed during your visit.
